1. Admissions and Age Restrictions
1.1 General Access. This event is open to individuals of all ages. However, admission to the event premises is a revocable license, and the event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person at their sole discretion.
1.2 Alcohol Service Age Requirements. While entry is unrestricted by age, strict controls are in place regarding alcohol. Attendees wishing to purchase or consume alcohol must be nineteen (19) years of age or older in compliance with Ontario laws. A valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Ontario Driver’s Licence, Photo Card, or Passport) is strictly required to receive an age-verified wristband or to purchase drinks at the bar.
1.3 Supervision of Minors. Parents, legal guardians, or accompanying adults are solely and entirely responsible for the supervision, safety, conduct, and well-being of any minors (individuals under the age of 19) in their care at all times during the event.
2. Ticketing, Cancellations, and Refunds
2.1 No Refunds. All ticket purchases, registrations, and entry fees are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for attendee dynamic schedule conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or general non-attendance.
2.2 Event Alteration or Cancellation. The event operates under a 'rain or shine' format. If live entertainment configurations, lineups, or schedules change, the ticket remains valid, and no partial or full refunds will be issued. In the rare event of a total cancellation of the event by the organizers, refunds will be processed via the original payment processor, excluding any third-party transaction or ticketing service fees.
3. Code of Conduct and Venue Rules
3.1 Alcohol and Conduct. Organizers enforce a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug consumption, underage drinking, provision of alcohol to minors, verbal or physical harassment, rowdy behavior, or visible intoxication. The event security and management retain the right to eject any individual violating these rules immediately without a refund.
3.2 Entertainment and Audio Infrastructure Safety. Attendees must remain within designated guest zones. Entering the stage area, backstage space, or tampering with live sound system equipment, instruments, wiring, or lighting arrays is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate ejection and will be held financially liable for any property damage caused.
4. Comprehensive Liability Disclaimer and Waiver
4.1 Voluntary Assumption of Inherent Risks. By entering the venue or purchasing a ticket, you explicitly acknowledge that attending a live entertainment and bar event involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury from slips, trips, falls, crowded environments, exposure to high decibel audio/noise levels which may cause temporary or permanent hearing impairment, and risks associated with the consumption of food and beverages.
4.2 Total Release of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, you hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge the event organizers, promoters, venue owners, performers, sponsors, volunteers, and all respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the 'Released Parties') from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, property damage, personal injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by you or any minor under your supervision, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in, attending, or traveling to/from the event.
4.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees on a substantial indemnity basis) arising directly or indirectly out of your personal conduct, your breach of these terms, or the actions, omissions, or conduct of any minor under your care and supervision.
4.4 Personal Property Responsibility. The event organizers, management, and venue staff accept no responsibility or liability for the theft, loss, damage, or destruction of personal property, electronics, clothing, or vehicles brought onto the event premises.
5. Media Release and Promotional Consent
5.1 Image and Likeness Utilization. By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that the venue and organizers use photography, audio recording, and video recording across the premises. You grant the event organizers an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your face, likeness, voice, or appearance (and that of any minor in your care) in any promotional materials, broadcasts, websites, or social media channels without compensation or prior approval.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 Legal Framework. These Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waivers are governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceeding, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this event must be brought exclusively before the courts located in the Province of Ontario.
