London Brewing Co-operative, located at 521 Burbrook Place in London's Old East Village, is a worker-owned, certified organic craft brewery with a mission to keep beer as local and sustainable as possible. Since opening in 2014, London Brewing has stood out as one of only two breweries in Ontario producing certified organic beer, sourcing ingredients directly from local farmers to ensure every pint reflects a true "plough to pint" philosophy. The spacious taproom offers a rotating selection of more than 15 beers on tap, from crisp lagers and hop-forward IPAs to experimental brews that showcase the creativity of its brewing team.
